    • Hello Dr. Taylor, I am glad to see you have checked out this blog. The organization has as one of its long term goal of advocating government legislations on food safety compliance at grassroots levels and encouraging food businesses to adopt HACCP principles in its simple form just like SFBB in the UK. Who knows maybe one day in the not too distant future perhaps I will invite you to Nigeria to give a talk at one our workshops for food business owners.
